Ethan Quinn enters the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters qualifying final as the top seed and higher-ranked player at No. 56, riding momentum from a gritty 3-6, 6-2, 6-3 comeback win over Otto Virtanen on clay in the first round yesterday. The American boasts a strong 2026 record of 13-7 overall and solid clay form (11-5 lifetime ATP level), with six main-draw wins this year highlighting his rising trajectory. Francisco Comesana, ranked No. 87 with a 5-9 YTD mark, advances after his opener but carries recent losses in Miami and challengers, though his Argentine baseline grinding suits the slow Monte Carlo clay—no head-to-head exists, leaving stylistic matchup and stamina as key factors for traders assessing upset potential.
