Dusan Lajovic, ranked No. 127, enters the Grand Prix Hassan II qualifying final on outdoor clay in Marrakech as the slight trader favorite over No. 149 Lloyd Harris after both secured straight-sets victories in round one yesterday—Lajovic dominating Jakub Paul 6-1, 6-4, while Harris advanced past his opponent. Their head-to-head stands at 1-1 on hardcourts, with no prior clay clashes, but Lajovic boasts superior surface affinity, highlighted by his recent Rio Open upset of Matteo Berrettini before a March 24 Challenger loss. Harris, a big-server thriving on faster courts, faces adaptation challenges amid mixed early-2026 Challenger results. A main draw berth awaits the winner, with no reported injuries or weather concerns.
