Nicolai Budkov Kjaer holds a substantial edge in trader consensus for this Grand Prix Hassan II qualifying matchup on Marrakech's outdoor red clay, stemming from his No. 137 ranking and breakthrough 2025 campaign versus Ilya Ivashka's No. 698 position after prolonged injury setbacks and minimal 2026 activity (0-0 ATP YTD). The 19-year-old Norwegian, despite a 0-4 hard-court start including an Australian Open R128 loss to Reilly Opelka, boasts higher-level exposure; Ivashka, 32 and a former top-40 player, retired injured mid-match in February's Pune Challenger but notched a recent Fujairah qualifier win. No head-to-head exists, with clay form untested lately for both amid the freshly released qualifying draw.
