With Michigan and Arizona co-favorites at 34.5% and 33.7% implied probabilities entering the Final Four, trader consensus reflects their dominant Elite Eight performances—Michigan's 95-62 rout of Tennessee highlighted by Yaxel Lendeborg's 27 points, and Arizona's 79-64 upset of Purdue marking their first Final Four since 2001—positioning the winner as national title frontrunner in a near pick'em semifinal. Illinois (16.9%) edges UConn (13.4%) after eliminating Houston, buoyed by home-state momentum in Indianapolis and a 1.5-point favorite status, but both underdogs face stylistic clashes with the Big Ten duo's physicality and depth. No major injuries reported, keeping the race tight amid March Madness' history of Final Four upsets and even matchups.
