(META) has a final "High" or "Low" price equal to or beyond (above for ↑ High Prices, below for ↓ Low Prices) the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Guidance for Q3 revenue of $61–64 billion fell short of expectations while capex for 2026 was narrowed to $130–145 billion, underscoring ongoing margin pressure from data-center buildouts. These factors triggered an immediate share-price decline from post-earnings levels near $590 into the $540–570 range by mid-August. Traders are monitoring ad-impression growth, daily active users at 3.6 billion, and any further updates on AI spend efficiency ahead of the next earnings release.
