Safe Superintelligence Inc. (SSI), the Ilya Sutskever-led lab pursuing a "straight-shot" path to aligned superintelligence without intermediate products, has released no large language model, API, benchmark, or demo since its 2024 founding. Trader sentiment reflects the July 2026 NVIDIA partnership—delivering a roughly $5 billion investment and order-of-magnitude compute expansion via the Vera Rubin platform—as the clearest verifiable catalyst for accelerated training, yet this has not shifted the company from its low-profile stance. An unconfirmed early-August rumor from investor Gavin Baker of an imminent debut fueled near-term resolution probabilities but failed to materialize, leaving October 31 at roughly 40% implied probability amid ongoing uncertainty over exact timelines and SSI’s explicit avoidance of commercial release cycles.

A qualifying model must be an AI model released by SSI or associated with SSI and confirmed as such by SSI or by a consensus of credible reporting.
For this market to resolve to "Yes," a qualifying model must be launched and publicly accessible, including via open beta or open rolling waitlist signups. A closed beta or any form of private access will not suffice.
The release must be either clearly defined and publicly announced by SSI as being accessible to the general public or otherwise made publicly accessible and explicitly labeled within the company’s official website. Labeling errors, placeholder text, or version names displayed on the website that do not correspond to a model that is actually accessible to the general public will not qualify.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from SSI; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
