**Trader consensus on the “Hacks” Emmy wins market centers on the show’s record 24 nominations for its final season and the near-certainty of Jean Smart’s fifth Lead Actress win, tempered by stiff competition from “Widow’s Bay” in major comedy categories.** Hacks has secured 12 prior Emmys, including one Outstanding Comedy Series trophy, but recent precursors and guild signals point to limited success beyond acting and select creative-arts fields. With Creative Arts ceremonies underway and final-round voting concluded, the market-implied 58% probability for 2–3 total wins reflects expectations of Smart’s lock plus one or two supporting or technical victories, while the series is unlikely to repeat its 2024 series win or sweep supporting categories. The 18.9% odds on 4–5 wins account for possible additional creative-arts momentum, and the combined 21% chance of 0–1 or 6+ underscores the binary nature of the outcome once the Sept. 14 telecast concludes.

This market will resolve according to the number of Emmys won by "Hacks," or by people for their roles in "Hacks," awarded during the live Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony, expected to be held on September 14, 2026. Awards presented at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards (September 5–6, 2026) will not count toward this market's resolution.
Each award will count once even if it has multiple recipients.
If the Primetime Emmys are partially awarded by September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve according to the number of awards won by the specified show up until that point. If, for any reason, no winners are declared by September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Emmys, including data from their websites (e.g. https://theemmys.tv/, https://www.televisionacademy.com/) and the live broadcast of the award ceremony, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
