Mohamed Salah’s departure from Liverpool as a free agent has positioned the Saudi Pro League as the clear market leader at 69.5%, driven by aggressive pursuit from clubs including Al-Ittihad, Al-Hilal, and Al-Nassr offering multi-year packages reportedly exceeding £60 million annually plus bonuses. The Egyptian forward has confirmed he is still evaluating options ahead of a post-World Cup decision, reinforcing trader focus on the financial upside available in the Gulf. MLS sits second at 19.5% amid lifestyle appeals and ownership ties like San Diego FC, while Serie A sides such as Roma and AC Milan, plus Fenerbahçe in the Süper Lig, generate secondary interest at 14.3% and 10.9% respectively due to Salah’s prior European experience. Lower probabilities for the Premier League and other top divisions reflect minimal confirmed suitors and the significant salary gap compared with Saudi bids.
