Rockstar Games and parent company Take-Two have repeatedly reaffirmed the November 19, 2026 release date for Grand Theft Auto VI following the second official delay from May 2026, with the most recent confirmation coming during the publisher’s May 2026 earnings update. No new postponement signals have emerged in developer statements, financial filings, or industry reporting over the past six months, allowing the title to enter the final stretch of its extended development cycle. Traders see the current window as locked in because Rockstar historically uses these precise public targets only when internal milestones support them, and the absence of fresh delays or revised guidance has solidified market-implied odds against another slip. The next major catalyst will be any late-summer status update or Take-Two earnings commentary that could either reinforce or challenge the timeline.
