Lula maintains a commanding lead in trader consensus for first place in Paraíba's first-round presidential vote, driven by repeated state polls showing him with 50% or more support against fragmented opposition. Recent AtlasIntel and Quaest surveys confirm his advantage in the Northeast state, where incumbent approval and party alliances with groups such as the PDT and PSB bolster positioning ahead of the October 4 ballot. Lower probabilities for names including Flávio Bolsonaro, Augusto Cury, Renan Santos, and Ronaldo Caiado align with their single-digit or lower shares in local polling. Shifts could still occur from late-campaign momentum, higher opposition turnout, or broader national developments affecting voter sentiment in the final weeks.
