This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) strips or otherwise voids Will Smith’s 2022 Oscar for Best Actor by April 30, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from AMPAS (https://www.oscars.org/oscars), however other credible reporting may be used.
