Democratic incumbent Lucy McBath faces Republican nominee Kevin Martin in Georgia's 6th congressional district on November 3, 2026. McBath secured her party's nomination without opposition in the May 19 primary, while Martin prevailed in the Republican contest. The Atlanta-area district, encompassing parts of Cobb, Fulton, and surrounding counties, has trended strongly Democratic in recent cycles, with McBath winning reelection by wide margins in 2024. Nonpartisan rating firms classify the seat as solidly Democratic, reflecting consistent voter preferences and the absence of competitive Republican challengers. Trader consensus reflects these structural factors, though shifts in national midterm dynamics or candidate performance could still influence the final outcome.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.

If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
