In the League of Legends Esports World Cup 2026 China Qualifier, a double-elimination Phase 2 bracket featuring LPL powerhouses like JDG, AL, BLG, and lower seeds OMG and iG remains fiercely contested, with top two advancing to the main event alongside the LPL Split 2 champion. JDG and AL secured upper bracket leads last week by defeating BLG (2-1) and WBG (2-0) on April 13, positioning them for a Bo5 showdown on May 21, while lower bracket survivors OMG (over WE) and iG (over TES) on April 14 advanced. Critical Bo3 matches today—WBG vs. OMG and BLG vs. iG—will determine challengers, as recent upsets highlight momentum shifts amid tight schedules overlapping LPL play. Stand-ins like re0 for OMG add intrigue to paths shaped by Split 1 seeding and head-to-head form.
