Columbus Sliders enter as defending 2025 champions hosting MLP Columbus with a significantly bolstered roster that includes Parris Todd’s season debut in women’s and mixed doubles alongside recent trade acquisition Judit Castillo, providing added singles and doubles depth. California Black Bears opened the event with a 3-1 loss to Atlanta Bouncers on Thursday and sit at 0-1 in Group A standings. The matchup pits the Sliders’ home-court experience and top-tier talent against a Black Bears side still integrating into the league format. Trader pricing reflects the substantial gap in recent team form, roster strength, and situational advantages for Columbus in this head-to-head contest.
