Rockstar Games and parent company Take-Two have repeatedly reaffirmed the November 19, 2026 release date through official statements and earnings commentary, including CEO Strauss Zelnick’s May 2026 confirmation that the window remains unchanged. After the November 2025 delay from May for additional polish, the studio has signaled stability by preparing a summer marketing push and listing the title on its official site without further adjustments. Industry insiders note the date appears locked absent catastrophic issues, aligning with Take-Two’s pattern of providing clear guidance close to launch. These commitments, combined with the roughly five-month runway, underpin trader consensus favoring no additional postponement while acknowledging that last-minute development surprises remain possible in high-profile open-world titles.
