Manchester City sit top of the 2026-27 Premier League after five wins, with Erling Haaland leading the scoring charts on five goals. Alexander Isak follows on four for Liverpool, while a group of players including João Pedro, Rayan Cherki, and Brian Brobbey sit on three. The league resumes after the international break amid a wave of forward-line injuries, notably Kai Havertz and Christos Tzolis at Arsenal plus Isak and Cody Gakpo at Liverpool, which could limit immediate goal tallies and rotation options. Haaland remains available and in form despite off-field issues at City, while fixture congestion and squad depth will shape individual goal accumulation through the autumn schedule.
