The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’s record nine Emmy nominations in its final season have solidified trader consensus around its 66.5% implied probability, reflecting strong momentum from critical acclaim, consistent ratings leadership, and the appeal of a high-profile send-off in the newly merged Outstanding Variety Series category. Last Week Tonight with John Oliver sits at 21.6% on the strength of its sharp satire and steady precursor recognition, while Jimmy Kimmel Live! trails at 7.4% amid a competitive late-night field. The Daily Show and Saturday Night Live remain long shots below 2% each, as voter sentiment favors Colbert’s comprehensive campaign and historical patterns of favoring standout farewell entries ahead of the September ceremony.
