Cameron Ward, the Titans' second-year quarterback, has thrown just three passing touchdowns through five games in 2026 while the 0-5 offense ranks last in the NFL in points and yards per game. Recent results include a 26-3 Week 5 home loss to the Texans in which Ward completed 23 of 36 passes for 170 yards, zero touchdowns, and an interception while absorbing four sacks. Coach Robert Saleh has publicly committed to keeping Ward in the lineup for the remainder of the season, citing the rebuild and lack of viable alternatives. The unit's low-scoring environment, limited deep-ball production, and upcoming schedule featuring road games against the Colts and Bengals continue to constrain scoring opportunities despite added receiving options such as Wan'Dale Robinson and Carnell Tate.
