The 2026 U.S. Open tennis tournament is scheduled for August 23 - September 13, 2026. This market will resolve to the player that wins the 2026 U.S. Open Men’s Singles Tournament. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed player to win the 2026 U.S. Open Men’s Singles Tournament per the rules of the tournament, the corresponding market will resolve to “No”. If the 2026 U.S. Open Men’s Singles Tournament is cancelled, postponed after October 31, 2026, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source will be official information from the U.S. Open (https://www.usopen.org/index.html); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Alexander Zverev secured the 2026 US Open men's singles title by defeating Ben Shelton 6-3, 7-6(2), 5-7, 6-2 in the final, capping a dominant run that included his earlier French Open victory and consistent deep runs across the majors. The top seed's strong serve, tiebreak execution, and experience in high-stakes matches against Shelton, whom he had dominated in prior encounters, drove the market's complete consensus around his win. Shelton's path featured notable upsets, including over defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, but lacked the depth to overcome Zverev on the day. Factors such as late injuries, weather delays on hard courts, or an unexpected semifinal collapse could have shifted outcomes, though none materialized to alter the result.
