Harry Kane holds the strongest position in the market due to his exceptional 2025-26 club output of 61 goals and seven assists across 51 matches for Bayern Munich, combined with England’s status as genuine title contenders featuring a deep attacking roster including Jude Bellingham and Bukayo Saka. Kylian Mbappé trails as the 2022 Golden Boot winner and France’s primary threat, though his team faces a tougher path to extended minutes. Lamine Yamal’s recent 24-goal, 18-assist season for Barcelona and Spain’s favorable group outlook support his share, while Erling Haaland’s first World Cup appearance is tempered by Norway’s projected shorter run. Most remaining contenders represent underdogs from nations unlikely to advance far, limiting their opportunities for goal contributions despite strong individual pedigrees. Roster finalizations and last-minute fitness updates continue to shape trader views ahead of the June kickoff.
