The Los Angeles Rams stand out as the consensus favorite to reach the 2026 NFL postseason, with their implied probability reflecting a well-rounded roster bolstered by the mid-offseason acquisition of two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett. That trade, paired with prior additions along the secondary, has shifted defensive metrics into a clear strength while preserving offensive continuity led by established playmakers. Training camp reports highlight minimal injury concerns and strong depth across both sides of the ball, contrasting with more uncertainty around division rivals and AFC contenders such as the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens. Schedule strength, rest advantages, and divisional matchups in the coming weeks will further shape roster health and momentum heading into Week 1.
