Flávio Bolsonaro holds a commanding position in Roraima for first place in the October 4 first round, driven by sustained alignment with Liberal Party voters and the broader right-wing base in this northern state. A late-August Quaest survey showed him at 52% against Lula at 17%, with other candidates in single digits. This mirrors Jair Bolsonaro’s over-75% share in the 2022 first round and follows the June supplementary gubernatorial win by PL ally Arthur Henrique with roughly 61%. Regional patterns favoring PL candidates in neighboring northern states, combined with emphasis on agricultural interests and evangelical priorities, reinforce trader consensus reflected in current pricing. Fragmentation among additional right-wing names or unexpected shifts in turnout could narrow margins, though no such developments have materialized in recent state-level data.
