Recent polling for the September 20, 2026 Berlin Abgeordnetenhaus election shows Linke often leading, followed by a tight cluster of CDU, AfD, and Grüne in the mid-to-high teens. This leaves third place highly contested among those three parties, with recent surveys indicating shifts driven by voter dissatisfaction with the incumbent CDU-SPD coalition's handling of infrastructure issues and broader national trends favoring AfD gains. Traders reflect this uncertainty through closely aligned probabilities for CDU, AfD, and Grüne, as final turnout, late campaign dynamics, and minor party performance could reorder the middle rankings before election day.
