Alexander Zverev captured the 2026 US Open men's singles title by defeating Ben Shelton in the final, securing his second Grand Slam of the season after earlier success at Roland Garros. The top seed's straight-sets dominance in key matches, including efficient semifinal and final performances on hard courts, aligned with his strong recent form, ranking, and head-to-head edge over contenders. Trader consensus at near-certainty levels reflects this confirmed outcome from official results. Only an unprecedented post-match disqualification or scoring reversal—highly improbable in a completed Grand Slam final—could alter the result.
