This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 WNBA Most Valuable Player Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by WNBA rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 WNBA season is cancelled, postponed after September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Women’s National Basketball Association; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Caitlin Clark leads trader consensus at 38% implied probability for 2026 WNBA MVP, narrowly ahead of Sabrina Ionescu at 34%, with Alyssa Thomas, Paige Bueckers, and others clustered around 25-26%, reflecting a wide-open race entering the season's first weeks. Clark's edge stems from her healthy return after a 2025 injury-limited campaign (16.5 PPG, 8.8 APG), paired with Indiana Fever's loaded backcourt alongside Kelsey Mitchell's early scoring surge (10.0 FGM per game through two contests) and Aliyah Boston's frontcourt presence. Ionescu gains from New York Liberty's title-contending core and her elite playmaking, while Bueckers' rookie impact with Dallas Wings—including a recent 107-104 preseason edge over Clark—elevates her stock. Thomas' versatility boosts Phoenix Mercury's outlook post-trade, underscoring how team success, rest advantages, and no major injuries keep probabilities tightly contested among league stars.
