This market will resolve to "Yes" if the DOJ charges Boeing between June 23 and July 7, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the DOJ explicitly declines to charge Boeing before the deadline, this market may immediately resolve to "No."

The primary resolution source will be information from the DOJ, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
