The debate will be considered to have begun once any of three moderators; David Hoffman, Mike Ippolito, or Meltem Demirors begin speaking to introduce the debate panel or ask a question directed at a member of the panel. Pluralization/possessive/different tenses of the word (e.g. fundamentally) will NOT count toward the resolution of this market - mere references will not count.
