**Recent polling trends show Miljöpartiet (MP) ahead of Kristdemokraterna (KD) in voting intentions ahead of Sweden’s September 13 parliamentary election.** Across multiple surveys conducted in early September, MP support ranges from 6.9–8.8% while KD stands at 6.0–7.1%, producing an average that favors MP. MP has built a modest upward trajectory since spring 2026, clearing the 4% threshold more comfortably in recent readings, whereas KD has remained relatively flat within the governing Tidö bloc. The narrow overall contest between left and right blocs, combined with voter focus on environmental policy versus family and welfare priorities, underpins the current trader consensus reflected in the 71.5% implied probability for MP receiving more votes. Late shifts remain possible given the election’s proximity and small sample variations across pollsters.
