Inter Milan commands an 82.5% implied probability as Serie A frontrunners, holding a six-point lead over AC Milan (63 points) and seven over Napoli (62 points) after 30 matchdays, underpinned by the league's stingiest defense (24 goals conceded) and superior +42 goal difference. Recent stumbles—a derby defeat to Milan on March 9, subsequent draws without a win in their last three league games—allowed challengers to narrow the gap temporarily, yet Inter's overall dominance (22 wins) and favorable remaining fixtures sustain trader consensus. Milan boasts an 18-match unbeaten streak but faces tougher tests, while Napoli's inconsistency caps their 6% share; distant pursuers like Atalanta, Juventus, Como, and Roma trail far behind with slim upset paths amid eight rounds left.
