AJ Dybantsa holds a commanding trader consensus at 98.4% implied probability to lead NCAAM in points per game, fueled by his blistering 28.0 PPG average through 11 games for BYU amid their 9-2 start. In the past week, his 37-point explosion against Gonzaga and 32 versus Creighton solidified a multi-point cushion over distant challengers like Dominique Daniels Jr. (23.8 PPG) and JT Toppin (23.5 PPG), with no other contender exceeding 24 PPG. BYU's favorable schedule and Dybantsa's high usage as the top freshman recruit underscore the gap, though injury, suspension, or an extreme scoring tear from a volume shooter like Daeshun Ruffin could realistically erode his dominance if games pile up.
