The GA-03 contest features Republican incumbent Brian Jack facing Democrat Maura Keller in the November 3 general election, following unopposed and 61%-victory primaries respectively in May. The district's R+15 Partisan Voter Index and consistent Safe Republican ratings from forecasters reflect a structural GOP advantage that has produced double-digit margins in recent cycles. This positioning supports trader expectations of an outright majority for the leading candidate, avoiding Georgia's December 1 runoff threshold. National midterm dynamics, turnout patterns among suburban and rural voters, and any late independent candidacies remain the primary variables that could narrow the margin and elevate runoff risk. Current implied probabilities capture this balance between the district's baseline partisan tilt and residual uncertainty over final vote share.
