This market will resolve to “Yes” if Andrew Tate is extradited to the United Kingdom between market creation and September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. “Extradited to the United Kingdom” means Tate is physically transferred to U.K. government custody pursuant to an extradition process or equivalent custody transfer process. If Tate otherwise enters U.K. territory and is subsequently arrested or taken into U.K. government custody by the market’s end date, this will also qualify. An announcement that extradition has been requested, approved, ordered, or agreed to will not qualify unless Tate is physically transferred to, arrested by, or otherwise taken into U.K. government custody by the market’s end date. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Andrew Tate, the governments of the United States and United Kingdom, and relevant courts; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan remain in US federal custody in Miami after their July 18, 2026 arrest on a UK extradition warrant tied to dozens of pending UK charges, including rape, sexual assault, trafficking facilitation, and related offenses.** The UK Crown Prosecution Service must submit its full extradition package by September 16, 2026, but US proceedings—including detention hearings, challenges by defense counsel, and potential appeals—typically span many months rather than weeks. Court records and legal commentary indicate the full process could extend close to a year, consistent with standard timelines under the US-UK extradition treaty. The White House has stated it will not intervene to block proceedings, yet no accelerated resolution or transfer has been scheduled or signaled ahead of the September 30 market deadline. Traders assign a 95.5% probability to “No” because the structural barriers of contested hearings and procedural requirements make physical handover by that date highly improbable. The principal remaining variables are an unexpected plea agreement, administrative fast-track, or unforeseen court ruling that bypasses normal timelines, though none of these have materialized in recent filings or statements.
