This market will resolve according to the listed song which holds the No.1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for the greatest number of weeks in the summer of 2026. For the purposes of this market, only Billboard Hot 100 charts with date labels for weeks in June, July, and August of 2026 will be considered. If more than one song is tied for greatest number of weeks in the No. 1 spot, this market will resolve in favor of the song whose title comes first in alphabetical order. Weeks in the No. 1 spot need not be consecutive. If the resolution source for this market becomes permanently unavailable, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be the official Billboard Hot 100 charts, published on the Billboard website (https://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100/).With no clear frontrunner among the field of contenders priced near even money, trader sentiment reflects the wide-open nature of the 2026 Song of the Summer race just days into the season. Ariana Grande’s “hate that i made you love me,” released May 29 and recently topping the Billboard Hot 100, holds a modest edge at 46% implied probability thanks to its established streaming base and pop momentum, yet faces immediate competition from dance-leaning tracks like Bebe Rexha & Faithless’ “New Religion” and ANOTR & 54 Ultra’s “Talk To You,” plus global-leaning cuts such as ARIA VEGA & Ryan Castro’s “CHÉVERE.” Spotify’s May predictions and early Billboard data underscore how streaming velocity, viral TikTok traction, and genre diversity—ranging from nostalgic house to country crossovers—will determine which song pulls ahead as weekly chart updates and summer playlists solidify.
