This market will resolve to "Yes" if any judge rules that Donald J. Trump violated the conditions of his bail by September 30, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purposes of this market, bail is broadly defined to include any conditions of release, bail, or bond.

The primary resolution source will be official statements from the presiding court, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
