In shows of strong support for Ukraine, many European leaders have visited Kyiv since the Russian retreat from the region surrounding the Ukrainian capital. The list of visiting leaders includes the EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, as well as the Presidents of Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the President of the United States Joseph Biden visits Ukraine between April 13, 2022, and June 1, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET (inclusive). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purpose of this market, a "visit" is defined as Joseph Biden physically entering the terrestrial or maritime territory of Ukraine. Whether or not President Biden enters Ukrainian airspace during the timeframe of this market will have no bearing on a positive resolution.

The primary resolution source for this information will be official information from the governments of the United States of America and/or Ukraine (e.g. https://www.whitehouse.gov/); however, other credible reporting may be considered.
