FUT Esports' Counter-Strike 2 roster has undergone a confirmed change with the October 1 signing of experienced AWPer SunPayus from G2 Esports, directly replacing cmtry on the active lineup. This move follows the player's recent release and aligns with the organization's pattern of targeted adjustments, including xfl0ud's earlier addition to strengthen the core. Trader consensus at 100% for a roster change by year-end reflects the completed transaction and ongoing off-season activity across FUT's esports programs. While the outcome appears locked, rare contract disputes or reversals could theoretically shift the timeline, though no such indicators exist in current reporting.
