This market may only resolve once the next U.S. Secretary of Labor is confirmed by the U.S. Senate. If no U.S. Secretary of Labor is confirmed by the Senate by December 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the federal government of the United States of America (e.g. https://www.senate.gov/legislative/nominations_new.htm), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
