On August 10, he signed an executive order directing changes to childhood vaccination schedules, a move that drew immediate attention and follow-up commentary. Concurrent remarks emphasized U.S. naval control of the Strait of Hormuz and demands for Iranian reparations tied to prior conflicts. Traders also weighed platform dynamics, including a lawsuit challenging Truth Social's paid API for early post access and reported declines in site traffic. These developments aligned with typical patterns of presidential messaging on policy priorities, regulatory actions, and international disputes during the period.
