The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent official observations from the Finnish Meteorological Institute and regional weather stations have established a daytime maximum of 23°C in Helsinki on August 10, driving the market's complete consensus on this outcome. Late-summer climatology, featuring average highs near 20–22°C under moderate southwesterly flow and partial cloud cover, aligns with model guidance showing limited potential for further intensification. Trader positioning reflects skin-in-the-game assessment of real-time data over historical baselines, with minor uncertainties in localized wind or insolation now resolved by measurements. Only substantial revisions to station records or boundary adjustments in verification criteria could realistically alter the implied probability before final settlement.
