Olivia Rodrigo’s “the cure” leads early trader sentiment for the 2027 Grammy Song of the Year at roughly 20% implied probability, driven by its strong chart trajectory, top-10 Hot 100 placement, and the artist’s established rapport with Academy voters following prior Song of the Year nods. RAYE’s “WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!” sits close behind near 16%, buoyed by its UK chart dominance, songwriting acclaim, and Mercury Prize visibility that signals broader industry respect. Olivia Dean tracks, Ella Langley’s country crossover “Choosin’ Texas,” Bruno Mars, Ariana Grande, and Taylor Swift entries add layered competition across pop, R&B, and country lanes, with no single release yet generating overwhelming precursor momentum. High “Other” probability underscores the pre-nomination uncertainty ahead of the November 2026 announcement, where guild nods and late-year releases could quickly reshape the field.
