Harry Kane leads the market for most goal contributions at the 2026 World Cup as England’s captain and focal striker, backed by his standout club output at Bayern Munich and the squad’s depth under Thomas Tuchel. Kylian Mbappé follows closely due to France’s attacking options and his proven tournament record, though a recent thigh issue has drawn some attention ahead of Didier Deschamps’ squad confirmation. Erling Haaland and Lamine Yamal sit further back, reflecting Norway’s limited depth and Spain’s reliance on emerging talent. Trader consensus reflects these players’ expected minutes, historical international output, and team progression paths, with squad announcements and recent club form shaping the current implied probabilities in the weeks before the tournament begins.

If the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition is cancelled, postponed after August 2, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
