On January 31, 2023, US District Judge Lewis Kaplan ordered that details pertaining to Samuel Bankman-Fried's bond guarantors be made public. To permit time for an appeal of this decision, the order will not be implemented until February 7, 2023.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Canadian businessman Kevin O'Leary (aka "Mr. Wonderful") is named as one of the guarantors who helped Sam Bankman-Fried secure bond. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the bond guarantors aren't made public by March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET the market will resolve to "No." If the names are revealed before March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET and this individual is not named, the market will immediately resolve to "No."

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
