Recent Italian media reports, including from Alfredo Pedullà and Gazzetta dello Sport, have positioned Maurizio Sarri as Napoli’s leading candidate to replace Antonio Conte if the current manager departs by mutual consent at season’s end, citing Sarri’s prior Scudetto success with the club and ongoing discussions with president Aurelio De Laurentiis. This alignment has driven trader consensus toward the former Lazio and Napoli head coach. Marco Silva, Mauricio Pochettino, Ruben Amorim, Andoni Iraola, Xavi Hernandez, and others sit further back, viewed as plausible alternatives should talks with Sarri stall, though they lack comparable recent links to the Partenopei. Uncertainty over Conte’s future, including possible Italy national team interest, continues to shape the market.
