This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 American League Most Valuable Player Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Aaron Judge’s early-season power surge and on-base production have solidified his position as the clear leader in the 2026 AL MVP race, with the New York Yankees holding the best record in the league through mid-May. Judge leads the American League in home runs while posting an OPS above 1.000, mirroring his prior MVP campaigns and reflecting the wisdom of crowds in the current pricing. Bobby Witt Jr. follows as the primary challenger due to his blend of speed, contact hitting, and defensive value with the Royals, though his power numbers trail the frontrunner. Yordan Alvarez has delivered strong slugging for the Astros despite their middling record, while breakout contributors such as Nick Kurtz and Ben Rice have carved out supporting roles through consistent production and team context. These developments underscore the market’s emphasis on individual dominance within a competitive division race.
