All 230 seats to the Assembly of the Republic are up for election.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Socialist Party (Partido Socialista, PS) wins the most votes in the 2024 Portuguese legislative elections. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Portuguese government and/or information published through the official website of the National Elections Commission (Comissão Nacional de Eleições, CNE): https://www.cne.pt/content/eleicoes-referendos. However, a consensus of credible media reports will also suffice to resolve this market.
