In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by NBA rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 NBA Playoffs are cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NBA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The New York Knicks’ 2-0 series lead over the San Antonio Spurs has elevated Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns as the top consensus choices for Finals MVP in this closely contested market. Brunson’s consistent scoring and playmaking in the opening wins have positioned him ahead, while Towns’ efficient production and rebounding have kept him close behind. Victor Wembanyama remains a factor given his regular-season dominance and Spurs playoff run, yet the early series deficit has tempered expectations. Other listed players reflect limited realistic paths unless late momentum or individual heroics emerge in the remaining games.
