Cameron Ward, the Titans' starting quarterback and 2025 first overall pick, has thrown just three passing touchdowns through five games in 2026 while completing 63.2% of his passes for 896 yards, three interceptions, and a 5.8 yards-per-attempt average. Tennessee's offense ranks last in the NFL in scoring and total yards, with Ward operating behind a line that has allowed consistent pressure and limited downfield opportunities. Head coach Robert Saleh reaffirmed Ward as the unquestioned starter after a 26-3 Week 5 loss, signaling a full-season commitment despite the 0-5 record. Upcoming matchups against Indianapolis, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Jacksonville, and Dallas offer varying defensive tests, but sustained low efficiency, conservative play-calling, and the team's overall struggles will likely constrain touchdown volume unless the supporting cast or scheme produces meaningful improvement.
