This market will resolve according to the individual who wins the CA-11 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).State Senator Scott Wiener holds a clear edge in the November general election for California's solidly Democratic 11th District, an open seat following Nancy Pelosi's retirement. Wiener advanced from the June top-two primary with roughly 41% of the vote and secured the state party endorsement, drawing support from his record on housing policy and LGBTQ issues. San Francisco Supervisor Connie Chan, backed by Pelosi and placing second in the primary, trails in trader pricing amid a contest focused on progressive priorities within the same party. The race remains confined to these two Democrats, with no Republican advancing, and recent campaign exchanges over tactics have not yet altered the established positioning ahead of the fall contest.
