Flávio Bolsonaro maintains a commanding lead in Roraima for first place in the October 4, 2026 first round, driven by the state's consistent right-wing alignment and recent polling. A late-August Quaest survey showed him at 52-54% against Lula's 17%, with other candidates in single digits. This reflects Roraima's 2022 results, where Jair Bolsonaro exceeded 76%, and the June 2026 supplementary gubernatorial win by PL ally Arthur Henrique at roughly 61%. Flávio's Liberal Party candidacy, backed by his father's endorsement and local party infrastructure, reinforces trader consensus on limited competition. Scenarios that could narrow the gap include significant right-wing vote fragmentation or an unexpected surge in Lula support, though current evidence indicates strong structural barriers in the northern state.
