Mumbai Indians top trader consensus at 24% implied probability for the 2026 IPL title, fueled by their unmatched five championships, elite retentions like captain Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, and Rohit Sharma, plus a balanced post-2025 mega auction squad blending pace firepower and finishing depth. Royal Challengers Bengaluru trail at 16% on Virat Kohli's enduring pull, explosive buys like Phil Salt and Josh Hazlewood, and batting aggression honed in recent playoffs, though lacking MI's trophy pedigree. Chennai Super Kings hold 14% via Ravindra Jadeja's all-round mastery and Ruturaj Gaikwad's steady captaincy, differentiating through playoff nous despite MS Dhoni's shift to mentorship; the wide field reflects auction volatility, where Sunrisers Hyderabad's openers and Gujarat Titans' spin could surge with momentum.
